It is not just because I am a Salma Hayek fan that I love Frida. {Although, the movie is wonderful.} The emotion - the pain- that Frida Kahlo captures in her paintings is undeniably felt by all spectators. She inspires me to be honest and raw in my art. Happy Birthday Frida.
